Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within this time frame for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item(s) must be returned with the original tags still attached, and in their original packaging if possible.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at admin@farnsworthnewcastle.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number, and the items you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

  3. Pack and Ship: Once your return is authorized, carefully package your items and ship them back to the following address:

Please note that the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer if the reason for the return is due to ordering the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In cases where the return is initiated due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or an exchange, as preferred.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and make sure to specify your desired exchange item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Order Cancellation

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at admin@farnsworthnewcastle.co.uk before 05:00 pm on the same business day that the order was placed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@farnsworthnewcastle.co.uk with photos of the item(s) and your order details. We will ensure the issue is resolved by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference. We will also cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after placing your order. Delivery takes between 6-9 business days for transit, with the total delivery time being approximately 10-14 business days.
  • Our shipping method is Free Shipping, and we currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
