All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds), and the prices displayed on our website are in GBP.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping fees, and no minimum purchase is required.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days.
  • Transit Time: After your order has been dispatched, it usually takes 6-9 business days for delivery.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 10-14 business days after your purchase.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location and carrier delays.

4. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it’s been submitted. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at admin@farnsworthnewcastle.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress on the carrier’s website.

6. What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?

If your item arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at admin@farnsworthnewcastle.co.uk. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund if necessary.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange. The return shipping cost will be covered by you if the item was ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong size, wrong item, etc.).

8. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future, so please check back for updates.

11. Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@farnsworthnewcastle.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

12. What do I do if I received the wrong item?
